Up to 15 years on our workmanship
Our labor warranty runs 1 to 15 years depending on the system you choose, on top of the manufacturer's warranty on the equipment.
Longer labor warranties require annual maintenance and a scale management system on your home's water, such as a softener, conditioner or electronic anti-scale.
Common questions
Should I repair or replace my water heater?
If your heater is under about 8–10 years old and the tank isn't leaking, a repair often makes sense. A leaking tank, a rusty one, or repeated repairs usually mean it's time to replace. We'll diagnose it for $89 and tell you honestly which way we'd go.
Can you replace my water heater today?
Often, yes. Call early in the day and we'll do our best to get a standard tank swapped the same day.
Will my electrical panel handle a tankless water heater?
Whole-home electric tankless heaters need new dedicated circuits, which we include. If your panel lacks the space or capacity, we'll tell you during the quote. A heat pump or the Essency runs on a standard water heater circuit, so most homes need no electrical work.
Why does Phoenix water matter?
Valley water is hard, and scale shortens the life of any water heater. That's why our longest labor warranties pair with a scale management system.
Do you handle permits?
Where your city requires a permit, we'll tell you upfront and list the fee on your written quote.
