Posted prices

Prices on this site are for standard residential work in our service area during regular business hours. "From" prices are for our entry-level option. Your final price is confirmed in a written quote after we see the job, and we won't start work until you approve it. Permits, electrical panel upgrades, drywall, stucco or flooring repair, and code corrections are not included unless your written quote lists them. Prices may change without notice; the price on your signed quote is the one that applies.

Rebates

Utility rebates are offered and paid by the utility, not by J&L. Eligibility, amounts and deadlines are set by the utility and may change or end at any time. We'll help you apply, but we can't guarantee a rebate will be approved.

Financing

Financing is provided by third-party lenders and is subject to credit approval. Not all applicants will qualify for 0% APR or for every term. Terms are set by the lender and shown when you apply.

Warranties

Equipment carries its manufacturer's warranty. J&L labor warranties are described on your written quote and invoice, including any maintenance or water treatment requirements.
