Hot water that doesn't run out.
A tankless heater warms water only when you open a tap, so there's no tank to run dry and nothing sitting hot all day. We install electric and gas models, including the electrical or gas work they need.
No gas line, no venting
Whole-home electric tankless units from ThermoMate, EcoSmart and Stiebel Eltron. They draw a lot of power, so every install includes new dedicated circuits and breakers from your existing panel, run by our electrician.
- New electric tankless water heater
- New dedicated circuits and breakers from your existing panel
- Service isolation valves for future descaling
- Old tank removed and hauled away
The most hot water
Noritz, Rinnai and Navien condensing units with higher flow rates for larger homes. We size the gas line and venting for the unit you choose and quote any gas line upsizing upfront.
- New condensing gas tankless water heater
- Venting and condensate drain
- Service isolation valves for future descaling
- Old tank removed and hauled away
Tankless needs a panel with room
Most whole-home electric tankless heaters need two or three 40-amp circuits. If your panel doesn't have the space or capacity, a panel upgrade can add real cost. We'll check during your quote and tell you before you decide.
No room in the panel? The Essency and heat pump both run on a standard water heater circuit.
Phoenix water and tankless
Hard water builds scale inside a tankless heat exchanger. An annual descaling ($279) and a scale management system keep it running at full output, and they're required for our longer labor warranties.
