Stop the water first

Leak or burst pipe: shut off the main water valve. In most Valley homes it's on the front of the house or in the garage.
Leaking water heater: close the cold-water valve on top, and turn off the gas or breaker.
Sewer backup: stop running water anywhere in the house.
Water near outlets: stay out of standing water and turn off power to the area if it's safe to reach the panel.

Once we stop the leak, we can connect you with a water mitigation company to dry things out and help document the damage for insurance.
