We completed a job that a few other plumbing shops walked away from! This property was built in 1982, but several additions have been made. Since purchasing the property, the homeowners have experienced non-stop sewer and drain issues. Our team completed an assessment mapping out the plumbing over the entire property.
We discovered that most of the underground system lacked the proper descending pitch required for gravity to let the waste flow. We also found several bellies that were causing solids and grease to slow or stop, creating system blockages and backups. J&L Plumbing spent three days replacing drain pipes inside and outside the home and installing a new ejector pump in a new basin. Once all repairs were completed, we hydro jetted the property to ensure all drains were flowing with no backups! Another satisfied customer!
